Theses are the things employers look for in potential employees...

1. Industry specific

They have to have basic tecnical knowlage, wich they would have learned when they were at college and university. They want an employee to know the basic working procedures and always follow them. Logicaly they should know the health and saftey procedures.

1. General

They should have a logic working mind to be able to handle work related problems, They have to be creative and come up as develop new ideas. They have to be good at maths, can work in teams or on their own. They have to be time efficent by doing things on time and at the right time. They have to be organized by perhaps keeing a planner. They need to be inventive and outgoing as a person.

1. Attitudes

These are the prefferd attitudes, determid, hard working, on time, independant, nice and respectful, leadership,
